No Actor ‘K’ among Suspects in Forex-3D Ponzi Scheme

BANGKOK, Sept 14 (TNA) – The secretary to the justice minister said actor “K” was not among suspects in the Forex-3D Ponzi scheme now under investigation by the Department of Special Investigation and no one filed a complaint against him.

 

Thanakrit Jitareerat, secretary to Justice Minister Somsak Thepsuthin said the DSI did not find the actor or any associate as a suspect in the case based on complaints from more than 10,000 people damaged in the fraudulent scheme.

 

Mr Thanakrit responded to the allegation that actor “K” was among the people who had persuaded others to invest in the Ponzi scheme but did not face any legal action.
