A position in IT that we are looking for uregently... A time limited project (between 4-6mnths) in Thailand with one of the globalnames in IT andelectronics are searching for a specialist in OVO/NNM with experience in HP/ Open View. Start date: immediately

Title: OVO/NNM Consultant

Function:

§ Installation and full configuration of OVO 8.x and NNM 7.51

§ Installation of agents

Integration of OpenView Products mentioned above

§ Installation of OVO/NNM on a clustered environment

§ Installation of NNM Stand-alone

Configuration of templates, scripts, and policies in OVO

§ Coaching team members so they can administer OVO

Explanation of Functionality to system administrators and management and ability to provide recommendations on best way to configure OVO, PM, and NNM

range salary:

150 000 THB / month

Education: Bachleor

Years of experience: 5

Other Requirements:

§ 3+ years experience in HP-UX 11i system administration

§ 2+ years experience in shell scripting for HP-UX

§ 3+ years experience in OVO, experience with OVO 8.x a plus

§ 3+ years experience in NNM, experience with NNM 7.51 a plus

§ 2+ years experience in OVPM

§ Experience and/or deep understanding of Networks and Network Administration

SNMP, HTTPS, Certificates, RPC, DCE, Network Concepts

§ Excellent Oral and Written communication skills

§ Excellent Planning and Scheduling skills

§ Experience with NNM Extended Topology or Advanced Edition a plus

§ Experience installing Oracle on HP-UX 11i a plus

§ Experience with other OpenView products such as SD, PI, Reporter, SIP, OVIS a plus

Experience with system administration in other OS a plus

§ Ability to Travel 20% Overseas to Europe and/or Asia

§ Team Oriented

About 2 weekly after hours (early and late)

teleconference meetings are likely to take place

Probation period: 4 mnths
