Hookers can make those same accusations. Many men don't realize that. You are at risk of an allegation anytime you have a woman to your home or hers. Building security or lobby staff are her first recourse that makes it impossible to deny the meeting. Your passport is also linked to the residence in most cases. As a foreigner you are at a great disadvantage if an accusation is made. Be careful. -

Problem with constipation at 82.
@giddyup I use the brand, (photo below), when eating starchy carbs (rare), and needed. So much for 'healthy' advice of eating more fiber. Actually fibrous carbs (green leafy veggies / ruffage), and aspargus & broccoli, etc, is good, just not starchy carbs; grains/flour/bread, potatoes, pasta. Starchy carbs might slow sugar & insulin spikes, but too much fiber that doesn't get digested, and fills/clogs things up. With that, if eat a lot of oats, may want to ease up on them, as suck up a lot of moisture in you digestive tract. Helped when I stopped eating oats in my morning cereal. Or drink a couple more liters of water during the day Get to P, 20 times a day instead of 10. Wouldn't be surprised if same people make this, and the brand you use, as ingredients are almost identical, and the only 'laxative' that works for me. All rest suck, and not in a good way. If a change in diet diet doesn't work, maybe just drink 1/2 a pack (9gr vs 18gr), on a more regular basis, and try that for a while. See if it eases things up enough, without overkill. I think the Psyllium husk powder, is the ingredient doing all the work. Which I've actually though about searching for that, when I run out of my stash of ... -

Jokes aside - I think your point is spot on... Its about self respect and respect for ones surroundings... this carries for not just how we dress, but also how we behave and interact. -

How much do you pay for health insurance?
I'm glad you were able to get the cover you needed for your daughter to ensure her care and medication. --------- This is very slightly off topic - but important to an Insurance thread nonetheless. My wife and I had decent insurance cover with Bupa, this also covered my Wife's pregnancy, and the first 90 days of our Sons life. But, I wanted better cover, just in case our son was born with any congenital issues, or had issues at birth that might last longer than the initial 90 days. It took a lot of back and forth with the insurance company to line up cover for our child before he was born. I found it surprising how difficult it was to secure this cover - the insurance company covered everything, but only up to 90 days after birth and then IF something was 'not right' we would be footing all the bill (in private care) and unable to secure insurance due to pre-existing conditions. The discussion went of for weeks, until finally it was accepted that full cover would be secured for a child who would be born at some point in the following month, gender and name as yet unknown - Ultimately, we were able to 'lock in cover' to follow on from the 90 day parental overlap to avoid any possible future pre-existing conditions clauses. I'm surprised this is not a more commonly discussed point considering how many foreigners have children in Thailand. That said, given that in most cases the child is also Thai, there would be cover on the Thai system.
