Just landed at BKK from SIN.  Immigration took about 20 minutes.  In may case the IO looked over my Health Insurance paperwork for about 5 minutes because I have an OA Visa. International arrivals was not busy at all.  After I got my bag the baggage claim area was deserted.  The domestic side was somewhat busy.  It looked like many Thai’s were traveling today.
