toast1 Posted September 25, 2022 Share Posted September 25, 2022 Samsung, Galaxy A03. Faulty, got from new, but after setting up as normal when starting, straight out of box, screen becomes locked. Did a clean install from startup, reinstalled operating system, reinstalled OK, then went back to frozen screen with Vietnamese message. Can anyone suggest any other way to fix this phone? The operating system is in English, and sets up normally, then always goes to Vietnamese message and screen locked. Thanks This is the message I find.
