MFA readies venues for APEC Economic Leaders’ Week

NBTC Asks Nationwide Radio Stations to Help Communicate Disaster Warnings

BANGKOK, Oct 5 (TNA) – The Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission asked radio stations nationwide to disseminate disaster reports from the government for the sake of public safety amid heavy downpours and flooding in regions.

PM meets flood-hit villagers in Ubon Ratchathani

BANGKOK (NNT) - Related agencies are working hard to mitigate flooding in Ubon Ratchathani province. The province was visited by Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha today, as he called for timely compensation for affected people.

Two children found lost on Pattaya Walking Street and taken to children’s shelter

A 3-year-old boy and a 5-month-old girl were safely taken to the Chonburi children’s shelter after being found on Pattaya Walking Street.

November 16-18 special holidays for Bangkok, Samut Prakan and Nonthaburi

The Thai cabinet has made November 16th, 17th and 18th special public holidays for Bangkok, Nonthaburi and Samut Prakan to ease the movement of government leaders and senior officials during the APEC Summit and related meetings.
