ripstanley Posted October 7, 2022 Share Posted October 7, 2022 I found out today that the water authority in Phayao charge 30 baht to read the meter. To a farang this not much but to Thais this would be very high. I used to live in a village and they only charged 5 baht for reading. For my bill this month it was a 1\3 of the bill.
