In the UK this has been a well used way of getting a return on investment , along with shares and bonds . The investment market in Thailand seems less well developed than in the UK / US / Europe , maybe less easy to buy and sell shares and ETfs , so maybe property rental could be an alternative .

Anyone have any experience in this area . MTIA .

If you look at rental values, very low compared with market price so payback wouldn't be 15 years but far longer.

A renter of motorbikes seems to get a much higher return, Click costs 55k, monthly rent 2k, Condo 1m+ rent 4-6k
