The question is about price of the process that is debateable. But does not mean he is property. Also its world wide that you have to have an other nationality. You cant just have no nationality. How do I know that at some point the Dutch government wanted to revoke the nationality of immigrants that only had a Dutch nationality and it was not possible because of international laws.
