Siam Rath reported that a senior sergeant major in Udon Thani will be playing the lottery on November 1st.

Lerng was going home with his family in a Fortuner when he saw a large turtle crossing the road.

He managed to brake in time. He reckoned the turtle was 10 kilos in weight and was pregnant.

The Fortuner's plate is 8187 but it was felt that 45 would be the lucky number in the next draw in the state lottery on Thursday.

Was the top photo taken using a stand in turtle. and WHY would 45 be more appropriate. Is it the driver's IQ?

Those with sufficient IQ to click the link know that it's because some people think the turtle is 45

If I played the lottery after having to stop in time for some animal or d#$%head suddenly crossing in front of me I'd either be mega rich or mega poor depending on the lottery outcome.

Gee, I thought maybe the tortoise (worgeordie, I'll take your word that it is a tortoise.) had a license plate and he was playing the lottery using that number.
