reflexology devices any good??

I never tried any of them.

But I know a good foot massage. Part of it is that the massaging person reacts to feedback from the person who gets the massage. Does it hurt? Softer? Stronger? More here or there?

And i.e. in toe massage the toes are massaged from left and right and in between. That is impossible with a device like shown in the picture.

If your aim is to reduce stress, anxiety, etc. in general, then it might be of help. But if you think it's going to improve the health of individual organs or other body parts, that's of course complete hogwash.

You'll most likely get more or less identical results with a massaging footh bath.

In Japan, a decent massage chair is $5K. Something for $20-50 is not going to last for long.

Had a 40 baht massage from a chair in the Maya Lifestyle Mall (20 minutes). OK, but only half as good as a Japanese chair. If you have grinding massage gears with full body weight on them, that's a real engineering challenge for the chair.
