Bangkok Collects 572,602 Krathong Baskets

Bangkok, Nov 9 (TNA) – Staff of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration collected 572,602 Krathong baskets from water sources in the Loy Krathong festival last night, up 42% from last year’s amount, and there was not a single Styrofoam Krathong basket collected in seven districts.

Thailand to seek extraditions of two suspects in Forex-3D investment scam

The Thai Department of Special Investigation (DSI) plans to seek the extraditions of a Hungarian and a Singaporean, who are among 16 suspects implicated in the Forex-3D foreign exchange investment scam.

Thai berry pickers in Sweden seek help from House Labour Affairs Committee

A group of Thai berry pickers lodged a complaint today (Wednesday) with the House Labour Affairs Committee, seeking an investigation of the Employment Service Department and the company which hired them to pick wild berries in Sweden, claiming that they were cheated by their employer.

Thai broadcast regulator agrees to 600 million baht funding for World Cup live broadcasts
