Hello.

 

I arrived in Thailand on 4th September with Visa OA.

I will leave Thailand on 8th December (from BKK airport).

So total, I will stay 96 days (from 04/09 to 08/12).

 

My question :

- Do I need to do the 90 days report ?

- What will happen at airport immigration control if I do not do the 90 days report ?

No need to do the report since you will be within the 7 days after allowed to do it.

Immigration at airports do not check for 90 day reports. It is not within their responsibility to do it.
