SimonXXX
Could anyone tell me what paperwork is required, to transfer a second hand car into its new owner's name? I understand they'll need a passport (visa etc), and a certificate of residence. Do they require a driving licence??? I want to buy this car for my gf but she doesn't have her licence yet and she's not Thai.

In the jungle
There is no logical reason why a driving licence should be required. So Chumphon Transport Department require it. 1
