RoyLee 85
Would like to get residence cert at Canadian embassy as service is faster than immigration in bkk. I see receipt of address notification as a required doc in some websites. I only have tm30 app screenshot. Is that usually good enough for a res cert at most embassies? DrJack54 25039
Don't really follow your post. At the embassy (my understanding) is that it is more a statuary declaration. Even if evidence is asked for a TM30 or lease etc most likely sufficient. You cannot obtain a residence certificate in Bangkok immigration unless you have filed a 90 day report. The residence certificate from immigration would take approx a week and sent via EMS mail. Assume you require for transport matter. If it's to open bank account an agent would be better option.
RoyLee 85
Yes it's for driver lic renewal. I'll bring my tm30 screenshot with the gf and her house registration paperwork. Hope that's enough. Immigration takes 2 weeks here for res cert.
