February 1, 20233 yr Just wondered if anyone knows if it is possible to do this? I'll be entering Thailand on a visa exempt soon which will only give me 45 days. I understand I cannot do a border bounce with my old passport while waiting for a new one but can I extend my stamp with immigration? This would give me 75 days in total which I figured would be enough time for the new passport to arrive. I was planning on booking an appointment with VFS for the day after I arrive in the country to give me maximum time. I have already asked them and they don't know if this is allowed. Thanks! February 1, 20233 yr As the Consular Team do not answer questions regarding passports and visas, I'll move this topic to the UK forum.
