INN reported from Khon Kaen where the court read a judgment against a guard who was involved in scuffles with the police during the visit of DPM Prawit Wongsuwan concerning flooding in the north eastern Thai province on October 14th, 2021.

Tempers flared and the guard for protestors called Issaret assaulted police, the court said in the hour long announcement.

He was also fined 200 baht for using an unauthorised megaphone and given a 500 baht fine for obstructing officials in their duty.
