snoop1130
Thai immigration police arrested 33 Myanmar illegal migrant workers at a deserted warehouse in Bang Klam district of the southern province of Songkhla today (Wednesday). Police also arrested three Thai and Malaysian men, believed to be human trafficking agents, at the warehouse in Village 12 of Tha Chang sub-district, which is apparently used to shelter the illegal workers before they are smuggled across the border into Malaysia. Police said that the remote warehouse was converted into lodgings, divided into separate rooms for men and women, to shelter and feed the illegal workers while they are waiting to be moved on. Were they all obliged to line up and salute the Thai flag every day at 8am and 6pm to acknowledge what a great country they are in?
