Three up  on a bike almost certainly without helmets whizzing around... the police only patrol for tourists on Beach Rd.... a few streets inland it is The Wild West to the East. Saw a lot of this when in town Wednesday night. Crazy around Hellfire junction....... things are worse than pre-Covid.
