Are the Swedes in Hua Hin arrogant?

Featured Replies

I was in HH recently. Noticed all the Swedes a bit full of themselves. My main gripe was that they always spoke Swedish language even when I was with them and when other westerners were around. I found them to be a bit arrogant. Or is this the wrong word? Ignorant a better option?

Thoughts?

I would stop being friends with them immediately.   Very, very rude.   Their native tongue should be banned the minute they step on the plane!!!!   Vacation, speak Thai if in Thailand!!!!!  Please try to stay as far away from them for the remainder of your existence.   If you see them again, let us know!!!!  lol

Note:  Just heard some Chinese speaking..................................................guess????  OMG, I've had it!!!!!!!!

"Wi not trei a holiday in Sweden this yër? See the loveli lakes. The wonderful telephone system. And mani interesting furry animals. Including the majestik moose. A moose once bit my sister… No realli!"

See, you really didn't want to converse with them.  Realii!
