On Thursday, Former President Donald Trump picked a fight with fashion icon and pop star Rihanna.

 

"Without her 'Stylist' she'd be NOTHING. Bad everything, and NO TALENT!" Trump wrote on Truth Social.

 

Trump was responding to a post from his former White House physician, Ronny Jackson, who accused Rihanna of "spewing degenerate filth."

Artists are almost always going to be commenting on the political and social landscapes of their times. This may started with cave paintings thousands of years ago. One would think people would have gotten used to it by now?

 

I'm not certain how "Anti-USA" Rihanna is? Sure she has a running beef with Trump, who doesn't, and yes she has expressed her views on issues like the overturning of Roe. Surely the right-wing will allow everyone the right of free speech and expression? Or is that limited by a person's gender/race?

 

I'm imagining a few cave folks whining about the invention/discovery of fire, and complaining about how "woke" fire is.

The game was exciting as well, down to the last few seconds in high-scoring affair.

 

The commercials were pretty weak, IMO, of those I've seen - they aren't shown on the TrueVisions broadcast but are up on YT.

 

Pre-game show was so-so. Enough of the freakin' robot dogs.

Rihanna’s half time show was good. I enjoyed last years show more, but I am more a fan of last years artists.
 

To claim her show was a failure, as trump has, just further exposes how his narcissistic like attitude impairs his ability to view anything dispassionately.

The half-time show was spectacular.  I am not a big fan of hers, but it's hard not to like some of her music.  The dancers were exceptional.
