Pattaya Buses and Boats to Move to Bali Hai Pier, Parking on Beach Side Banned

Pattaya mayor Poramase Ngampiches and city officials met on Wednesday to discuss new parking spots after parking on the Pattaya Beach side is set to be banned from March 1st.

 

On February 15th, the mayor announced on social media the return of the ban on parking on the Pattaya beach side of the road from March 1st in response to increasing traffic issues.

 

The mayor said he was finding new parking spots for tourists, which may include a parking space at the wastewater treatment plant in South Pattaya near Walking Street.

There used to be one there before. Was good for mc parking in the evening if you could find a space but not sure how many cars would fit.

Nice to see eternal optimism... but Pattaya is the wrong place for it!
