Tourist Bus Catches Fire in Sattahip, Passengers Escape in Panic
Picture from responders. A group of foreign tourists had a narrow escape when their tour bus caught fire on a highway in Chonburi province. The driver managed to stop the vehicle in time, allowing all passengers to evacuate safely before the flames engulfed the engine. The incident occurred at approximately 10:05 on 9th February along Highway 7, section 5, near kilometre marker 142 in the Plutaluang subdistrict of Sattahip. Police Lieutenant Colonel Ratthaphon Wanna, Deputy Superintendent of the Highway Police Division, received a report of a burning tour bus carrying international tourists and immediately dispatched officers and rescue teams to the scene. On arrival, emergency crews found a Hino tour bus with its engine compartment ablaze. Firefighters battled the flames for over 30 minutes before bringing the situation under control. The bus had been transporting 11 foreign tourists, who had arrived on a cruise ship docked at Laem Chabang, along with a tour guide and the driver, bringing the total number on board to 13. Fortunately, all passengers were safely evacuated, and another vehicle was arranged to take them to their destination. The driver explained that he had picked up the tourists from Laem Chabang and was en route to Sattahip when he noticed oil leaking onto the road. Moments later, flames erupted from the engine compartment. Reacting swiftly, he pulled over and instructed everyone to exit the vehicle before the fire spread. Authorities are investigating the exact cause of the fire, but initial reports suggest a fuel leak may have been the source. -- 2025-02-10 -

Clarence Thomas v District Judges
Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is known to be against district court judges issuing national injunctions or stopping government policies from being enacted. The argument boils down to: Presidents are not Kings. District judges are not Presidents. The solution is for District judges to rule and at most, rule to ban government policy being enacted in their circuit. That ruling should then be expedited to an en banc hearing of that circuits appeal court who would have the power to issue a national injunction. You would need to go en banc as all appeal court judges on that circuit would need to hear a case of national importance. The Judiciary is required to reign in the executive, no one argues against that. But with the modern temptation to go shopping for activist judges the spirit of oversight is being undone. Before the Dems on the forum go nuts, this also applies to right wing judges harassing Democrat Presidencies. Governments must be allowed to function. The Judiciary must have oversight. But partisans from both sides should not be allowed to run riot. -

Male Infertility - Age related Trends and Anti-sperm Antibodies Post COVID-19 Vaccination
I DID provide the link to the study > https://www.eurekaselect.com/article/146250 And there you can read this conclusion of the study: Conclusion: Male infertility peaks at 31-40 years, with lowering in men aged 41-50 years, IgA antibody reduced sperm motility, causing immunogenic infertility exacerbated post-Covid-19 vaccination or infection. Interaction of IgA and various receptors produced stable interactive molecules of IgA and proteins on sperm, affecting motility, aliquefication, and abnormal sperm percentage disturbing the normal dynamics of sperm cells opening a new dimension of infertility among males. The text in my post is just the rendering in non-scientific language of the study findings, as that makes it easier for AN-members to grasp what the study team found. -
