Phuket – Three suspects have been arrested with hundreds of E-cigarettes and hundreds of boxes of illegal cigarettes in Mueang Phuket.

 

A team from the Mueang Phuket District Office and the Phuket City Police raided a shop on Yaowarad Road in Samkong.

 

Officers arrested a man identified only as Mr. Yossiri, 24. Seized from him were 12 E-cigarettes in front of the unnamed shop. Yossiri admitted that he bought them from the shop.

I believe that the fact that almost all e-cigarettes, hookahs etc are imported (illegally), would make vaping illegal. ie using an illegal device.
