The Immigration Office at the Phuket International Airport told the Phuket Express that this week they have arrested MR. CHAUDHARY SHUBHAM, 28, Indian national. He was arrested at the Immigration Checkpoint in the International Departure Terminal. The story leaves a lot of info out, and yes I looked at the linked story... Perhaps a worried citizen of Thailand attempted to increase tourism by selling a counterfeit stamp or visa to the guy.
