Before I had even started to read this,  I thought that the tourist had woken the driver from his micro sleep, so it was of no surprise that the tourists possibly had, im sure I would be able to tell if someone is nodding off or picking something up off the floor, my last visa run I had a month ago was surprisingly a good experience, he kept to the speed limit & didnt nod off as he was looking at his phone for most of the journey probably texting.......

Putin would claim that Russians are too brave to scream at anything.....so this story is just more anti-Russian propaganda

That's okay then. It tells you all you need to know about Thai drivers. He put his passengers in danger by retrieving an inhaler, because that was far more important than keeping his eyes on the road. No wonder the tourist screamed, and in true Thai fashion making it someone else's fault, he blamed the tourist for reacting to his dangerous driving.

Ahhhh.  Picking up something dropped.   That will do it.   A man crashed into my old car, because he was picking up a CD disk that he dropped on the floor.   My old car was parked in front of my house!  

 

Must admit the thai driver must have jumped so much after hearing the scream when he was just resting his eyes.

 

Probably shouldn't have been driving the minibus though

On Sunday.yes not crowded at all! Guess the border was busy tho!

I did exactly that, ..told him to slow the **** down, he  stopped the minibus, and announced to  the 9 of us  passengers " Farang scared to die, Thai not scared to die.. you no like it, u get off bus"..........6 of us left the bus

One Russian is to many. 

What are Russians doing making Visa runs anyway? They are all meant to be high rollers on LTR Visas or Elite Visas. At least that is what all the butt hurt posters on Facebook say when anyone complains about the Orc Horde.

Enough of this nonsense already. The driver lost control because he was driving like a maniac or did something insanely dangerous and then the passenger screamed followed by him hitting the tree. Case closed.
