Great information!  I have never heard of anybody getting an on the spot refund of a paid COD from a carrier as the OP did, especially from an online seller.  In my own experience, COD refunds have been difficult to receive.  

Next time I will know to notify the carrier immediately if discovering a fraudulent product.

Excellent resolution! You would expect Kerry to say that they only deliver the parcels, in this case you accepted and paid for it and must sort it out with Shopee.

Good job ! Pleased you were able to resolve it that way.

But I would suggest this is an exception and not the general rule and buyers unfortunately fall into this familiar con and not all couriers will handle it as well as your particular office did.
