Departing Business Class passenger use of fast track at suvarnabhumi

I just like to know if departing business class passenger can still use Fast track departing Suvarnbhumi, as of March 5th I could . I am asking as I entered into Thailand from the Philippines 13 days ago March 12 with a business class ticket, and when I tried to enter the Fast track the lady wouldn't let me, stating that they have now changed it so Fast Track isn't available to Business class passengers. I told her that the signs says differently, she informed that they have just changed the policy, fortunately I have an APEC card.
I have just called EVA Airlines, and they informed that it still applies to Business class tickets. Any updates would be appreciated.
