I'll move your question to the Thai Visa Forum on the assumption that you're actually in Thailand, in the meantime maybe you could clarify what you actually want to know. If you have eg METV then you can just exit and reenter via land border or via air. Referred to as bounce. A visa run is to obtain new visa. Example tourist visa. What visa do you have.
