Hummin Posted April 6, 2023 Share Posted April 6, 2023 Depends where you are and who you trying to bribe. In a village the village chief, if not possible to do it directly, or asked for personally. Other places I heard you should talk to someone with a lower rank, or an agent from visa office, legal papers etc. More serious cases lawyers.
