At my age a rowing  machine is perfect. Magnetic  very quiet perfectly suitable for watching TV 

To measure my performance I bought this. It's a no-name product. I I lost the instructions.

Can anyone help?

    Where did you buy it ? locally (go to shop and ask them), Lazada, are they selling same or similar.

     

    If you used Lazada and have an account lookin your history it will have all the details there.

    Absolutely nothing.

    I used Google lens and there was response from eBay but no nothing regarding any manual instructions

    That display is part of the rowing machine or an addition to the rowing machine you bought?

    If it's part of the machine, with the head batteries installed or charges, pushing ON should make the display light up. Then maybe pressing the up or down arrows steps thru the menu so you can select the time or distance rowed.

    Machine should be rowable even if the display doesn't work.

    Seller gave no name but his description  didn't make sense to me

    Machine works perfectly and very happy with it. Before setting any goals should I not synchronize the meter with the machine?

    That black Start Stop box is probably the battery holder, if so you will see a little divot in the side of the black box where you can prise it open the install batteries.

    Just tighten the friction control to level of exercise discomfort and pull away. ????

    Snap a pic. Crop. Search with Google Lens.  It's a Fitlux 8300 (or the controller thereof, for the range).  Find the manual online and download or contact the manufacturer?

    You could contact them and ask for manual?
