Elderly Woman Rescued from Fire in Pattaya

A 75-year-old woman was rescued from a building that went up in flames for unknown reasons last night in Pattaya, May 11th. The incident happened in Soi Bongkot 4, and nobody was injured.

 

At 8 PM, the Pattaya firefighting unit received a report of a fire at the TG Battery Shop in Soi Bongkot 4 in the Nongprue sub-district of Banglamung district. They rushed to the scene with Sawang Boriboon rescuers.

 

A fire was found burning a 3-storey building. Flames were seen inside the building and a large amount of smoke was billowing out, rescuers told The Pattaya News.

An elderly woman, Mrs. Somrong Prachumchuen, 75, was trapped in her second-floor room amidst the raging fire and thick smoke. Firefighters and rescuers had to use a ladder to rescue her and brought her down safely. The woman suffered no injuries, firefighters reported..

 

A ladder how novel?
