I'm looking a repairman for concrete septic tank in Pattaya. Any suggestions?

Sorry have no local knowledge but might it be effective to take out and replace with plastic tank (obviously may not be viable depending on location).  If an option am sure tank sales would have workers.

Was expecting comments about work permits not being given to foreigners for such occupations.
