The same can be said about dope heads.

Yes, it is my misfortune to have to deal with them regularly now that Thailand has become a weedie paradise and holiday destination.

(I rarely have to deal with drunks!)

Be very careful of those damn dope heads......dangerous !!! ????

I should think so too! Why hasn't this loony tune been arrested?

Maybe the police are scared of getting shot?????

Maybe an antiquated culture holds them back, you can't arrest a sergeant who has a bigger gun! There is serious face at stake here! Army trumps the police!

Here's an idea for the the condominium association. Why not officially report the incidents and get the nutjob banged up before someone gets hurt?

Er, 'coz he may come back and shoot the whole association.

To add to the alarm, the sergeant posted a provocative message before descending to the lower level, stating his past actions of shooting at people and his intent to do so again. This understandably created fear among other residents, particularly considering a similar incident had occurred in the past

Time to take his toys away and give him a cushioned room to play in.

70% occupancy and no parking... I bet there were plenty  of spaces withing 50 meters but you know these VIP's... they can barely walk at 2:50 am... why were they even driving

At the apartments where I live there are 45 units.. parking outside for 9 cars.

My Thai son and family live in a 7 or 8 building complex.

Extremely difficult to find a parking space. When all the spaces are full you leave the car in neutral, brake off and park infront of the cars parked in the parking spaces.

He's got 2 cars and so do a few others.

When we visit he (6th floor no lifts) keeps going down stairs to move my car until he gets a good parking spot.

Usually people are very patient.
