Thai Couple Shocked At Losing Camera Gear While Holidaying In Swiss Town

A THAI couple who run a travel Facebook page with a large number of followers said today (June 11) they were shocked that during a recently holiday in the Swiss town of Grindelwald a thief broke into their rented residence at night and stole valuable camera gear with this town have no surveillance cameras installed anywhere, Sanook.com said.

MOVE FORWARD spokesman Rangsiman Rome this evening (June 10) said the Election Commission’s decision to investigate whether party leader and prime minister-designate Pita Limjaroenrat had violated sections 42(3) and 151 of the election organic law was tantamount to kicking and trying to cut off the party’s legs but this will fail, TV Channel 7 said.

Thai Government Says First Phase of Thailand to China High-speed Rail to be Completed in 2026

The government has reported that the first phase of the high-speed railway is scheduled to be completed by 2026. The first phase is part of the railway project that will connect Bangkok to the city of Kunming in China.

Three Pit Bulls abandoned, starved, and turned cannibal in Thailand

Four malnourished Pit Bulls were abandoned by their owner in a house in Bang Bua Thong, Nonthaburi, Thailand. One of the dogs was killed by the other dogs eating it before concerned neighbours contacted local authorities for assistance, Khaosod reported.

2 senior police officers face charges for alleged unfreezing of ฿176m bank account

A police commander and a superintendent attached to Region 6 Provincial Police Bureau are to face charges of malfeasance in office for allegedly unfreezing a bank account, worth about 176 million baht, which belonged to a deceased Myanmar drug trafficker, to assist a Chinese man in claiming the cash deposit.

THAI Airways International (THAI) clarified that its passenger jet’s right winglet got damaged after hitting an EVA plane at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport at 11 a.m. local time (9 a.m. in Thailand) Saturday (June 10) but there were no injuries, Matichon newspaper said.

New 135km canal to link Pasak River and Gulf, easing floods and droughts
