Must Report 90 Days When Off Non-immi B?

Featured Replies

Sorry to ask as this may seem common sense to most, but I recently got off of my Non-Immi B and am now on the BR/TV circuit. Immigration attached a small note to my Non-Immi B (which was cancelled awhile back) stating "The Alien permitted to stay longer in the kingdom must notify your place of residence to the immigration office every 90 days." Im guessing that since Im off the Non-Immi, I dont have to report? Yes, a lame question...but just to make sure. Thanks in advance...

Your guess is correct, and you did the right thing: in case of doubt, ask on ThaiVisa.

You can remove that note from your passport and you no longer need to report your address to Immigration every 90 days. With visa-exempt border runs and tourist visas you will never stay in Thailand longer than 90 days at a time.
