So in a way, yes the English version by Foreigner will be prevailing. Btw. Just finished up chasing info at pattaya court rooms in Jomtien. They have a Customer service office on level 2. khunpee is the person i dealt with. Was quoted 32k plus 2k for translation and eventually probate document within 2 month period. Does that sound fair.
