Provide information re your pp country and options to stay in Thailand and you will receive advice. Your OP is vague at best. No one is "invited to stay" Perhaps a transition problem. Pink Mist Posted July 2, 2023 Share Posted July 2, 2023 No matter the way one entered the country a Visa is required. It does not matter if one was invited for work reasons or came as a tourist. Everyone who is not Thai requires some type of Visa or an extension of stay to remain inside the country.
