Pedo children’s entertainer sentenced to 30 years for sex crimes against kids in UK, Thailand

A children’s entertainer has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for his sickening sex crimes against young and underage girls sending shockwaves through those who came into contact with him in Thailand and the UK.

Paul McKee, known professionally as Professor Paulos, performed for well known British soap stars and at private parties for legendary Liverpool footballers, reported the Liverpool Echo. But behind his amiable façade lay an evil sexual predator, subjecting his victims to a catalogue of sexual abuse over nearly 25 years.

The distressing details emerged during the trial, revealing that the 57 year old degenerate from Wallasey, Wirral, near Liverpool, was working in a school in Thailand when he was arrested.

The pedophile was extradited to the UK, where he faced the damning allegations of his sex crimes against seven girls over a chilling 25 year period. The gravity of his actions was undeniable, with some victims being “barely out of nappies” when subjected to his depravity.

His victims described him in court as “a monster” and during sentencing Judge David Swinnerton said it is hard to disagree.

“Your behaviour was predatory and persistent over many years. You created an environment in the house where children wanted to come. You had animals – a pig, monkeys. You held discos.”

His first wife had left him and a visitor to his Wirral home in Wallasey said it was hard to discern an adult in charge.

Judge Swinnerton added…

“You worked as a children’s entertainer, on the Wirral and in holiday parks, known as Professor Paulos. It is notable though that you chose to work in a sphere that would put you in contact with children. You also spent some time in a school after your move to Thailand, although you were very evasive about that in evidence.

If he is guilty of those crimes, then he should be sentenced to death. I don't understand why many countries spend huge amounts of money to keep very bad criminals alive until they die in prison.

  • During the judge’s sentencing one distressed woman in the public gallery started shouting abuse at the defendant, screaming… “I want someone to kill him. I want him dead.” As she was taken outsid

  • Unless he is isolated in jail, someone will make it so.

Sadly, that is the problem. Maybe I am wrong, but I believe they will isolate him for his 'own protection' as that is his 'Human rights'. However, I ask the question 'what about the children's Human Rights'.

Lock him up and throw away the keys. Let the prison justice system take care of him....

Just kill him officially, ordered by court. Problem solved.

Going to have a hard time in prison....but hopefully not for long!

A pervert that's not in government or working for the BBC is the only redeeming factor in this story it will be off to Whitemoor then ghosted around the system so everyone can have a go at you for the rest of your worthless life????

I doubt isolation is that much fun either.

He will now be forced to do tricks for the inmates ,known as Professor Pedo .

a big pot of hot porridge on his head would do him good.

There are many problems with that idea.

There's the ones who turn out to be innocent.

It's rarely the case in Western jurisdictions that a judge can order an execution and its done. I think I saw somewhere that in the USA, depending on how old a prisoner is and how long they live, it costs more to keep someone in prison and pay for all the legal procedures required before an execution takes place than just handing out a life sentence.

How many children does a defendant have to abuse before the death sentence kicks in? If it's one,  and there's no physical harm or murder, then how do you compare the mental damage done to one child by abuse against that done to children of other murder victims. Or victims of rape, assault, bullying, burglary ect?

What causes the outrage in cases of non violent child abuse when the most likely affect is trauma rather than injury, where its largely absent if that trauma is caused by any other crime. There's no doubting the seriousness of this crime and he needs to be imprisoned to keep him away from further offending. As for the money.  Justice costs.

I gave a like to your post because you make the correct point about possible innocents. Another point is whether his sexual deviations might be the result of sexual violence suffered in his youth, in which case some understanding should be applied. Death penalty should be really the last resource. However there are cases when the person is guilty beyond doubt. It adds insult to injury, that the public at large should pay large sums (including special surveillance) to safeguard the remaining life of a person who committed such crimes. If the jury really doesn't want/cannot give a death penalty, then at least give him the means to end his life himself while in isolation.

Well, he got 30 years for his evil deeds and he's gonna have to watch over his shoulder for the rest of his life and he might get killed.

I dunno, given the choice many if us wold want to live on their own in later life. Cushy UK prison, own room, tv, 3 meals, no annoying people,  etc, not exactly a lonely box on the side of the road is it. If I went into prison and had the option i'd go solitary 100%

Well at least he is off the streets and locked up for 30 years ????

Small consolation to those affected ????

But as the UK does not have the death penalty he will probably die in prison

Was working at a school, eh? You have to wonder about what he did here as well.

Another nice guy (supposedly) doing horrible things. I hate to say this but when people come up to me being so nice and wanting to help. I run as fast as I can to get out of their space. Odd world, when people keep to their self and do their own thing people think they are the bad people.

You don’t think it’s odd that you feel the need to run away from people who may be genuine in trying to help?

Depends on the circumstances. And where you are at. I travel quite a bit and shine on strangers trying to help. If in and AA meeting I guess it would be ok... LOL

To each his on I guess.

British prisons are notoriously hard on child molesters. The inmates don't take such things lightly and he can expect a regular beating.

How was he able to get away with this over a period of 25 years ?  Jimmy Savile comes to mind, a wall of silence.

He got what he deserved, but what about all them in Bradford that got away with it, because it was deemed racist to persue  it further. Plus you have all the priests that are still free because they are protected by the church. Where's the justice?

One article states that the youngest was two years old…
