Driving Licence Renewal - Certificate of Residency - Problems

Just letting you know if you have your own country's drivers licence you can get an international driver's licence if part of the group that provides and accepts to them.

The proviso is that your "usual" place of residence  must be your home country. If you assign your usual address as Thai you should get a Thai licence. A lot of grey area there. Don't think any police officer is going to argue that last point with you when you hand over international licence along with your home licence. They will sight them and say on your way sunshine.

The term "usual" does not have the meaning of the most time. So you can stay in Thailand 1 year but still have your usual address legally as your home country. If there are time restrictions for certain countries they will be stated clearly.

get me a Bachelor of science degree issued from Oxford University

Oxford hasn't issued BSc degrees for a very long time.  When they were issued they were equivalent to a Masters degree.

Students who study science at Oxford as undergraduates receive a BA.
