You'd think the charges would go down per punch: the fifth punch wouldn't give the same level of satisfaction as punch #1. Some sort of logarithmic scale....

This makes the very important distinction between expectation of privacy and invasion of privacy.  Some posters are saying 'no expectation of privacy' exists because so many CCTV etc.  Fair enough.  But I still want, and deserve, quiet enjoyment as I go about my daily routines without being secretly recorded and having it posted on the *world* wide web.
