Everyone accepts payments with QR codes these days, even all the QR code scammers!

A QR code is a very easy way to be scammed!

QR codes may be OK inside a well established business/building but never on external things like parking meters etc!

I will never use a QR code for any form of payment!

Don't understand your post,

Bank app scans QR code, then you check the amount and payee, and can pay the amount (PIN required) or not.

There are no links involved.

How can this be abused or scammed in any way?

I suggest you re read my post and the linked articles!

I am not talking about banking aps etc but fake printed QR codes which can be placed over legit codes!

It's actually 100 issuing fee + 380 every 3 years. I guess it is technically not an annual fee, it's a triennial fee,

It's not EVERY 3 years. The card is valid for just 3 years. So you pay the whole amount upfront and don't pay anything for this card later.

Er, no, not everyone does.

Nor do either the vendors or the customers!

Stick on QR's are just potential  for a big SCAN SCAM!

QR's inside official aps are probably OK but never scan a paper QR stuck on an object like parking meter etc!
