An unusual creative spark in a child, using mosquito coils as a plaything, found its way onto social media, showcasing the child’s impressive potpourri of art creations. Netizens were stumped by the child’s ingenuity while advising parents to encourage such creativity rather than stifling it.

 

Social media yesterday was abuzz with several photos posted on a Facebook group. The caption accompanying the photos read…

 

“When you possess immense artistic brilliance and haven’t been scolded by your mother for too long… This is what the innocent mosquito coil transpires into.”

 

The photos depicted a child, donned in a blue outfit, seated on the floor of their house and wholly engaged in breaking the coil into pieces and subsequently giving them varying shapes – from a cluster of dolls to an appealing depiction of a plump, smiling pig.

 

Witnessing the artistic genius of child creativity, netizens couldn’t help but flood the post with admiring comments, reported Sanook.

 

“He did this just out of fun, not sincerely, as his artistic talent is beyond imagination.”

While it is good that Thai people are celebrating and encouraging creativity, it is a little worrying that this is considered "immense artistic brilliance " or "artistic genius".  It's quite likely that he is recreating images that he has seen online somewhere, as they all closely resemble emojis or Line stickers.

It was a Thai, so of course it's sheer genius and brilliance on every conceivable level.  Didn't you know that Thailand Numma One?

“Indeed, talent like this can’t be restrained! What a vivid imagination! This kid’s really good, and mosquito coils are cheap, let your child enjoy playing with it!”

 

Great! Now perhaps let your child cut out shapes from asbestos sheeting using a grinder.

The designs are not too bad for a 15 year old Thai.

Although parents everywhere are proud of their kids, some Thai people take it to a new level.

I'm amused at how many of the ads on Thai TV revolve around marvelous elixirs that promise incredible physical and mental powers evolving if they are fed religiously to the children.

Of course most are just colored sugar water or flavored milks. They tout any vitamins or minerals intrinsic to the drinks as proprietary additives.

From the number of such ads I suspect these things sell well.

Some netizens are easily mesmerized it seems.

Maybe it's the parents that need the magic elixirs. ????

Mommy,  can I have 6 boxes of mosquito repellent rings to play with? Sure son, no problem ???? because your such a smart young lad. If this is real and the boy is a genius I doubt they are his real parents.
