I hope so here in Lopburi province we are almost is a drought, a lot of rice crops have yet to be sown, crops of maize and cassava are dying from lack of water, sugar cane is not growing no rain.

This is about the third or fourth report saying heavy rain is due, if it is, it is missing us out.

The Pasak Jolasid dam   one of the biggest in the region has shut all its gates not letting any water out trying to conserve what water they is. 

June and July we had 110mm of rain, last June/ July 237 mm of rain defiantly an El Nimo year.
