Rick Scott plots in the wings, salivating.  If you didn't catch it at the latest SOTU he is the guy Biden humiliated for wanting to cut Social Security, which our Ricky backtracked on double-quick.  He also was governor of Florida.  He's Tea Party, pre-MAGA.  "No nothing for nobody" seems to be his political philosophy.
