Good ones are not cheap neither is the shipping! Because the shops are retail, they say they cannot ship as a gift. Does anyone know how to pay the fees? Its quite confusing all the different information contradicts... Any links to informative websites? I believe there is a flat fee of 10% VAT on incoming deliveries over $100. I read that If this is counted as cosmetics thats a further 70%...but health and beauty can be 0%? How do you go about checking and prepaying these fees remotely from abroad? I'm assuming it's similar in size to what Steve Martin wore in Roxanne. Unlikely they bother with something smallish.
