Individuals and traditional medicine practitioners have reported a variety of potential benefits associated with Kratom use, which include:

● Pain Relief:

Kratom is often cited for its potential analgesic (pain-relieving) properties, possibly due to its alkaloids which are believed to act on the opioid receptors in the brain.

● Energy Boost:

Some strains of Kratom are believed to increase energy and stamina, possibly due to its effects on metabolic processes and hormone levels.

● Mood Elevation:

Individuals have reported feeling an elevation in mood, or a euphoric effect, following Kratom use.

● Anxiety and Depression Management:

Some people use Kratom to manage anxiety and depression symptoms, although this use is not backed by scientific evidence.

● Sleep Aid:

Certain strains of Kratom might have sedative effects that can help individuals with insomnia or other sleep disorders.

● Opiate Withdrawal Relief:

There are reports of individuals using Kratom to ease the symptoms of opiate withdrawal.

● Appetite Suppression:

Some users have noted appetite suppression as an effect of Kratom, which could potentially aid in weight management.

These effects can significantly vary between individuals and are dependent on the strain and dosage of Kratom, among other factors.

That's 20 grams (not 200!) of kratom powder for 495 Baht.  1 kilogram of fresh kratom leaves costs only 130 baht here in the south, and makes a very potent tea.

I recently bought 500 grams of Pathum Thani grade kratom powder for 600 baht., which is about 25 times cheaper than the Prikpot product.

That should of course be 20grams total, I will ask admin to correct this (40x0,5=20).

In terms of the prices for fresh leaves, yes, they are significantly cheaper compared to powder and capsules. Transforming them into powder results in a different yield, and the process of creating capsules and packaging them involves labor. Our PrikHut is priced more affordably compared to competing products and packaging, offering a convenient choice for consumers. We also offer both volume discounts and you also get a 10% off on all our products with the voucher code: ASEAN10

Our product offers a much more convenient method of consuming Kratom, and one can is expected to last for about a month with normal use. Many individuals we've spoken to find the idea of chewing the bitter leaves unappealing.

Not everything in life is about price. Then old saying about the fool who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing. And I'm not saying that this is the case here, supplements are a rip-off and all, or almost all, are bad value for money. Ask yourself why in the US or UK or EU you can buy supplements at 1/4 of the cost than in Thailand.

This 'supplement' grows in every garden here in the south, can be bought on every corner, and is also  highly addictive. My point is: why pay 25 times the normal price for kratom powder? Whether kratom is of any value to you, is rather subjective 9f course.

Kratom is know to cause hyper pigmentation of the face, this should put women off using it,

It's not entirely accurate. There was a study that examined women who chronically consumed excessive amounts of Kratom and found that they developed excess melanin, affecting their pigmentation. Like with many substances, excessive intake can lead to adverse effects; even water can be detrimental when taken in excessive amounts.

Our product, at 500mg per capsule, can be considered a very small dose. Thus, it's easy for individuals to start with this amount and then adjust the dosage to find what feels appropriate for them.

See here:

"There is limited scientific evidence to support the claim that kratom causes hyperpigmentation specifically in women. Kratom is a herbal supplement derived from Southeast Asia and has been traditionally used for its stimulant and opioid-like properties. However, there have been reports of skin discoloration or hyperpigmentation associated with prolonged and heavy kratom use. It's worth noting that these reports are anecdotal and not supported by rigorous scientific studies.

If you're experiencing any unusual changes in your skin or have concerns about kratom use, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional who can provide personalized advice based on your specific situation."

Do agree with the old saying. ????

It's not entirely fair to compare established markets like the US, where Kratom has been used for many years and there is a significant supply, primarily from Indonesia, to emerging markets. The commercial Kratom market in Thailand is still in its infancy. However, as the volume increases, prices are expected to drop. For instance, a product comparable to ours retails for about $15 in the US, which is slightly more expensive than it is here. Over time, and with streamlined production, we anticipate that prices here will become much lower than in western markets.

In general though, vitamins and supplements are still a LOT cheaper in the US, and I don't have an answer to that.

This is not true. Prices here have already dropped and are a lot cheaper than in the US or Europe. Check Shopee, Lazada or even on Facebook for prices if you dont believe me. 495 baht for 20 grams of dried leaves (powder) is absurd for a locally grown plant.

Kratom in its infancy here.? Have you ever driven down south? Hundreds of roadstalls are selling leaves and tea. Powder is just dried leaves (1 night in airconditioned room will do) without the stams and veins, 20 grams of powder is worth not more than 20 baht.

Thailand has the Maeng Da strain, which is a lot more potent than the Indonesian strain.

Yes, the prices for leaves are quite low. However, powder is more expensive, and understandably so. The leaves you find in many places, such as from roadside sellers and others, are often of very poor quality. We have selected the highest quality leaves for our product. Similar to the variety found in cannabis and wine, there's something for everyone. Our aim is to offer a convenient method for consuming Kratom, packaged in a way that's easy to carry in your pocket.

Regarding the term 'infancy,' I was referring to the commercial market here, which is not as developed as it is in the US, for example. We might have a different perspective on that, not necessarily the same way you look at it.
