Guderian Posted October 7, 2023 Share Posted October 7, 2023 I just bought some items from a German company and they shipped them to the UK using DHL (their choice, not mine). Not only did it take 3 weeks, but DHL messed up the customs declaration saying the goods were worth three times their actual value, so now I'm spending my days compiling paperwork to try and reclaim the excesss VAT charged.
