anyone know how i can order from ebay without paypal?

i cant register my visa credit card for some reason... 

anyone circumvent this problem?

eBay stopped using PayPal 3 years ago. They use their own managed payments and any payment method should work.

last i checked... 1 year ago after the paypal fiasco i had no other options
