Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel has assured Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin that his government will do its best to help secure the release of Thai workers being held hostage by the Hamas militants in Gaza.

Srettha said the assurance was given during a phone conversation he had with the Israeli leader this evening.

Netanyahu also pledged to help facilitate a return of Thai workers remaining in Israel if the current situation worsens and to arrange for them to be relocated to  safe zones, according to Srettha.

The Thai prime minister quoted Netanyahu as saying that negotiations for the release of hostages being held by Hamas are ongoing and expressing his condolences for the deaths of Thai workers who were killed in the Hamas attacks in Israel on October 7.

Another box ticked on the PM's To-Do- List.

Yes they did, does this make it alright for Israel to run amok and kill anything in it's path?

If that was how things are, you'd have way more casualties.

Things are bad enough without hyperbole comments...

And the IDF has killed thousands of innocent Palestinian men, women and children in the last 3 weeks or so.

The only thing that proves to me, is that both sides are controlled by homicidal maniacs.

IMHO ALL the leadership on both sides should be securely locked into a room with no lights, food or water, a pile of knives only sent in and let them alone fight to the death. If any are still alive after 48 hours, kill them also and then prepare the room for the next batch.

Tell the next batch if they cannot come up with a lasting peace plan, then they will be in the room next.

It should only take 3 or 4 rounds to sort out with about 100 on each side at a time.

To enforce the peace there should be an equal amount of troops from the USA and Iran only.

The new governments on each side should be totally 100% women only. They are far smarter and MUCH less stupid than men.

Personally I don't believe anything from the Israeli government or the IDF. I don't trust the Hamas leadership or the "freedom fighters/terrorists" either.

They should all be thrown naked into a pit of venomous snakes and left to rot.

I would only have pity for the snakes.
